This 45 minute class will tone your muscles and sculpt your body to look tight and lean.  With the combination of bodyweight exercises, cardio and weights, your body will be ready for the beach all year round!

PILATES FUSION:

This 45 minute class combines traditional pilates mat exercises with functional training to flatten your abs and strengthen your core!

ANYTHING BUTT:

This 45 minute class features the best thigh trimming and booty sculpting exercises to tone, shape and lift your assets!
