I don’t know about you, but the last few days all we've been wanting to do is sit in front of the TV, eat pizza, and skip our workouts…
And after speaking to so many of you, most are feeling the exact same way.
That is why we are relaunching our Bulletproof Challenge. That said, this is way more than a challenge...
This is about coming together as a community and supporting each other in this crazy time.

More importantly though, you will get that social interaction that we are all desperately needing through our amazing online support community!
In the last 7 years, we have done more than 17-challenges and have had hundreds of people go through those with us. And here's what we see every single time we do a challenge:
1) Challenges bring together an amazing community of people who support one another - when the going gets tough, this is a place that supports you and pushes you to keep going. And as you'll see in the group, this goes beyond the workouts - and right now, we need this!
2) Challenges give you accountability and daily social interaction - you should see our private support group during these challenges. It's absolutely incredible how active people are and how everyone is there to hold each other accountable.
3) Challenges are FUN - Doing the same workouts each week one another online who are working towards the same goal as you is not only motivating, it's incredibly fun! Challenges are just a great way to spice things up in your training and add an extra element of fun...

Every Monday for 12 weeks, you will have access to Mindset Modules and WEEKLY Small Group Coaching to give you practical tools (i.e journalling) to finally crush your excuses that have kept you feeling stuck all these years!
REFRESH YOUR BODY with FUNCTIONAL FITNESS:
You will have access to a Downloadable Workout Calendar to follow and keep you on track!
The purpose of the Foundation Phase in your workout program is to develop a consistent routine, strengthen your core and glutes, and to wake up muscles that might have been "sleeping" for a while!
RESTORE YOUR HEALTH with NUTRITION COACHING:
You will receive access to 4 weekly Nutrition Videos from our Simple Nutrition™ Program. These lessons are intended to help you develop simple, but hugely important habits such as how to drink more water. These habits will lay the "foundation" for the next 2 phases.
RENEW YOUR MIND with MINDSET COACHING:
Continue with your weekly coaching calls and we will encourage you to continue to journal in your Growth Journal.
REFRESH YOUR BODY with FUNCTIONAL FITNESS:
The purpose of the Build Phase to "build" from the foundation in the first phase. We do this, by adding Tone in 30™, a 30 minute, full body weight training program to focus on toning your muscles.
RESTORE YOUR HEALTH with NUTRITION COACHING:
You will be guided through a 21 Day No Sugar Program. We will reset your taste buds and detox your body from glucose.
We will keep you accountable by encouraging you to post your "food selfies" (pics of every meal) in our closed FB group.
Accountability is the key!

Continue with your weekly coaching calls and we will encourage you to continue to journal in your Growth Journal.

The purpose of the Burn Phase is to blast massive calories, tone your "problem areas" and to get you into your "goal outfit!"

We will be increasing the intensity of our program with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Workouts. These workouts are short, effective and super fat burning!

We will train our bodies to convert from a "sugar burner" into a "fat burner!" With the option to follow a "Keto Lifestyle Plan", you will learn how to use your stored body fat for energy!

Our Nutrition 101 Guidelines may in fact enhance your current plan. With practical tips such as drinking more water and portion control, you will reap the benefits of this module.
We will provide Nutrition Modules and Guidelines to build your meal plan based on your answers from filling our Nutrition Questionnaire.
The workouts range from 30-45 minutes. We will recommend completing the weight training workouts first, followed by HIIT workout for maximum fat burning results.
Yes, we have modifications for our workouts and can scale the workouts to your fitness level.
