FOUNDATION PHASE

RENEW YOUR MIND with MINDSET COACHING:

Every Monday for 12 weeks, you will have access to Mindset Modules and WEEKLY Small Group Coaching to give you practical tools (i.e journalling) to finally crush your excuses that have kept you feeling stuck all these years!

REFRESH YOUR BODY with FUNCTIONAL FITNESS:

You will have access to a Downloadable Workout Calendar to follow and keep you on track!

The purpose of the Foundation Phase in your workout program is to develop a consistent routine, strengthen your core and glutes, and to wake up muscles that might have been "sleeping" for a while!

RESTORE YOUR HEALTH with NUTRITION COACHING:

You will receive access to 4 weekly Nutrition Videos from our Simple Nutrition™ Program.  These lessons are intended to help you develop simple, but hugely important habits such as how to drink more water.  These habits will lay the "foundation" for the next 2 phases. 

BUILD PHASE

RENEW YOUR MIND with MINDSET COACHING:

Continue with your weekly coaching calls and we will encourage you to continue to journal in your Growth Journal.  

REFRESH YOUR BODY with FUNCTIONAL FITNESS:

The purpose of the Build Phase to "build" from the foundation in the first phase.  We do this, by adding Tone in 30™, a 30 minute, full body weight training program to focus on toning your muscles.

RESTORE YOUR HEALTH with NUTRITION COACHING:

You will be guided through a 21 Day No Sugar Program.  We will reset your taste buds and detox your body from glucose.

We will keep you accountable by encouraging you to post your "food selfies" (pics of every meal) in our closed FB group.

BURN PHASE

Continue with your weekly coaching calls and we will encourage you to continue to journal in your Growth Journal.

We will be increasing the intensity of our program with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Workouts.  These workouts are short, effective and super fat burning!

RESTORE YOUR HEALTH with NUTRITION COACHING:

We will train our bodies to convert from a "sugar burner" into a "fat burner!"  With the option to follow a "Keto Lifestyle Plan", you will learn how to use your stored body fat for energy!

  • Weekly Group Mindset Coaching Sessions using a free app called ZOOM.
  • Once a week for 12  whole weeks, you will have an amazing opportunity to be coached 1 on 1 in a small group setting, by Certified Mindset Specialist and Adler Trained Life Coach, Crystal Mallari and Certified Mindset Specialist, Coach Nelson.

  • We will use a Free App, called My Fitness Pal to track your meals.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS TRAINING

  • You will receive a 12 Week Downloadable Workout Calendar to follow and keep you on track!
  • We will develop a strong foundation from weeks 1-4, by making your daily workouts a habit. 
  • We will build and tone your muscles by adding daily weight training workouts from weeks 5 - 8. 
  • From weeks 9 - 12, we will accelerate your fat loss results and burn major calories, by adding fat burning HIIT workouts to your routine. 
  • You literally feel like you’re being trained personally by Coach Crystal & Nelson in the comfort of your own home with these calorie torching online workouts!

How do I access this program?

I'm already following a different meal plan, do I have to follow your guidelines?

Our Nutrition 101 Guidelines may in fact enhance your current plan. With practical tips such as drinking more water and portion control, you will reap the benefits of this module.

Does it come with a grocery list and nutrition plan?

We will provide Nutrition Modules and Guidelines to build your meal plan based on your answers from filling our Nutrition Questionnaire.

How long are the workouts?

The workouts range from 30-45 minutes. We will recommend completing the weight training workouts first, followed by HIIT workout for maximum fat burning results.

If I am out of shape can I still do the program?

Yes, we have modifications for our workouts and can scale the workouts to your fitness level.
