Mouth watering dragon fruit smoothie bowl!

Hey guys!

Have you ever tried dragon fruit?

What better way to try a new fruit than by throwing it in a smoothie!

Our R3VOLVELIFE grad, Lauren H. created this lovely concoction:)

Give it a try and let us know how you liked it in the comment box below.

 

  • 1/2 dragon fruit (1 serving of fruit)
  • 1/2 banana (2nd serving of fruit)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 fists of spinach (1 veggie serving)
  • 1 Scoop of vanilla protein powder (1 protein serving)
  • 1 thumb of almond butter

*Sprinkle with chia, hemp seeds, and unsweetened coconut flakes*
