Blueberry Cranberry Smoothie

Hey guys, try this healthy and refreshing blueberry cranberry smoothie that uses low fat yogurt!

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup low-fat plain kefir

Directions:

  1. Combine banana, blueberries, cranberries and kefir in a blender. Puree until smooth.
