Tone and Sculpt

 

Be "beach body" ready all year round, with this 40 minute, full body, sculpting workout. Armed with a pair of weights, say "buh-bye" to the "thunder thighs", "Buddha belly" and the "flapping arms" as we target each muscle group to tone, tighten and sculpt these problem areas.

Total Body Tabata

 

"Tabata today, hot body tomorrow!" This 40 minute high intensity interval training class will leave you in a pool of sweat! HIIT is the most effective way to the most amount of burn fat in a short period of time! "Sweat is fat crying!" After this class you'll leave "balling" and LOVING IT!

Pilates Fusion

 

Pilates Fusion is an exercise system that is focused on building strength without bulk, improving flexibility and agility, and helping to prevent injury. In combination with functional, body-weight exercises, the primary focus is on awareness of the spine, proper breathing, core strength and flexibility.

The 20 Minute Workout

 

Coach Crystal takes you through a Full body, Fat Blasting, FUN-ctional workout to burn maximum calories in a short period of time. This 20 minute workout combines your body weight, weights and cardio bursts to get your heart pumping and pushes you to become a lean-mean-fat-burning machine!

Anything Butt

 

Defy Gravity with a Butt-Sculpting 40 Minute Workout! Make over your backside with these lifting, toning & shrinking exercises. With no to minimum, this tush-targeted workout takes the science of how to tone the three muscles in the glutes to the maximus. Your assets will thank us later!
