“Your program sounds amazing but what makes this program different from other weight loss programs I’ve tried?”
Freedom Beyond the Scale is different because it is specifically designed for women in their 40s.  My program integrates physical fitness, nutritional guidance, mindset coaching, and even elements of spiritual growth if that's something you're interested in.  It's about creating a sustainable lifestyle that fits seamlessly into your daily routine, rather than a quick fix that’s hard to maintain or a fad you begin every January but never maintain beyond February, or you begin every Monday and never make it past Thursday.  But also, you get an incredible level of personalized support and accountability, too. I’m not just giving you a plan and sending you on your way.
What if I am a beginner or have an old or current injury?
We will meet you at your fitness level. We have access to a vast chair workout library that is perfect for beginners, those with past or present injuries or ailments, or those getting back to working out after being sick.
The workouts range from 30-60 minutes. We will recommend completing the weight training workouts first, followed by HIIT workout for maximum fat burning results.
What happens after the 16-week program is completed and I have more weight to lose?
We have two options available to continue your progress if you have enjoyed the experience and want to continue to work with us. We offer a 6-month and a 12-month membership to help you reach and maintain your health goals and we’ll share more information nearer to the end of the program, but this isn’t a commitment.
My priority is helping you to reach your goals and give you the confidence to carry on outside of this program—NOT to sign you up for longer.
